Do you make molds?
We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.

How many containers can I produce per hour with this mold?
It depends on your press and cavity count. On a standard T80 press with a 4-cavity mold running at 50 strokes/min, you can produce 12,000 pieces per hour.

How long does it take to change the mold on the production line?
Thanks to the hydraulic mold lifting system, a single operator can swap the mold in about 15 minutes. This quick changeover maximizes your machine's uptime.

Does high-speed stamping increase the scrap rate?
Not with our molds. We optimize the clearance between the punch and die specifically for high-speed impact. Even at maximum speed, we maintain a low scrap rate (~14.5%) comparable to slower machines.

Is this mold suitable for thin foil (0.03mm) at high speed?
Absolutely. We specialize in thin-gauge foil tooling. The mold’s guiding system prevents tearing, allowing you to run 0.03mm foil at full speed without increasing your defect rate.
