MOLD INTRODUCTION

Every wrinkle wall aluminum foil container mold we sell is made in our own workshop — design, machining and assembly, no outsourcing of the mold itself. Our 2,500 m² workshop runs 7 sets of high-precision CNC lathes, and our mold team produces about 150 sets of professional molds every year.

For you as a buyer, that means two things. First, quality stays under our own control, from the drawing to the finished mold, so problems are found before shipment rather than at your factory. Second, capacity is available: bulk orders and customized molds can be produced at the same time, which keeps your delivery schedule stable when you expand your product line.

Molds are customized from your container sample or drawing, in wrinkle wall and wrinkle-free versions. Around 100 complete aluminum foil container production lines also leave our workshop each year, so mold and press can be matched as one set.
