What Preparations Are Needed for Aluminum Foil Container Production Equipment?

Proper preparation of equipment and auxiliary supplies is essential before starting an aluminum foil container production project. The following five aspects are worth particular attention.

1. Select the Right Production Line Based on Capacity and Site Conditions

LIKEE offers three models: LK-T63 (C-type frame), LK-T80, and LK-T130 (H-type frame). The selection mainly depends on three factors — required production capacity, operating speed, and available factory space.

2. Customize Molds According to Samples and Output Requirements

Based on customer samples, we can customize ordinary wrinkled or wrinkle-free molds. Edge rolling styles include full curl, straight curl, and reverse curl. In addition, we can produce molds with different cavity counts — from single-cavity to multi-cavity — according to output needs. LIKEE owns 7 high-precision CNC grinding machines and supports custom mold manufacturing. Customers may also send samples directly to us for evaluation and production.

3. Configuration of Air Compressor and Forklift

Production requires an air compressor (piston or screw type) and a forklift for changing materials and molds. We can supply both as part of our complete equipment offering.

4. Supply of Paper Lids, Forming Oil, and Cartons

For businesses with smaller volumes or those just starting out, we supply finished paper lids as well as paper lid machines. In addition, we provide aluminum foil forming oil and cartons for finished product packaging. Our forming oil significantly reduces the cost of purchasing pre-oiled raw materials. Standard packaging specifications are 18L small buckets (net weight) and 200L large buckets (net weight). The oil has passed international maritime oil transportation certification and fully complies with relevant international maritime standards.

5. Supply of Aluminum Foil Raw Material

We also directly supply aluminum foil raw material. It is worth noting that our aluminum foil container production lines are compatible with both thin and thick material production.
