T63 Aluminum Foil Container Half Deep Pan Making Machine Automatic 3-Cavity Press Line

The T63 Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine is an automatic press line specially designed for the production of aluminum foil containers with a 3-cavity mold. It is suitable for small and medium-sized aluminum foil containers and can be used with both wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall container molds.

The T63 aluminum foil container machine features a 63-ton press capacity and a working speed of 35–70 strokes/min. The production line is equipped with an electronically controlled foil feeding system driven by a servo motor, providing controlled foil feeding during the production process.

The complete T63 press line includes a 950/1450 feeder, T63 press, mold lifting arm, safety door, scrap collector and control cabinet. The machine also features automatic counting, touch-screen fault alarms, storage for 60 sets of mold parameters and a quick mold changing device.

Designed for efficient aluminum foil container production, the T63 combines automatic control, servo-controlled foil feeding, convenient mold changing and operator safety functions in one production system.
