T63 3 Cavities Aluminum Foil Pan & Tray Press Line Fully Automatic High-Speed Forming Equipment

The T63 is a fully automated aluminum foil pan production line that covers the entire process from feeding to finished product stacking. Coil material enters the Decoiler 950/1450, is fed into the T63 press for one‑step forming, finished products are automatically collected by the 3‑way stacker, and scrap is simultaneously removed by the aspirator — all in a continuous, stable, and unmanned process.

The main body features a "C" frame structure with lithium‑based ester lubrication, ensuring stability at high speeds. The standard configuration is a 3‑cavity mold, while the actual cavity number can be customized according to pan size. Maximum stable output reaches 12,000 pieces per hour.

For mold changeover, the lifter arm and quick‑change device work together to complete the process within minutes. Up to 60 mold parameter sets can be pre‑stored for one‑touch recall when switching products — no repeated setup required. The touchscreen displays real‑time machine status, with automatic alarm and fault location to minimize troubleshooting downtime.

Our 2,500 m² workshop is equipped with 7 high‑precision CNC lathes for superior machining accuracy. With an annual output of 150 mold sets and 100 complete production lines, we ensure on‑time delivery for both bulk orders and custom projects.
