Custom Mold Included
Molds are produced in-house using 7 CNC machines. Buyers send a sample container or provide a drawing. The factory produces molds for both wrinkled and wrinkle-free food containers. Logo blocks are interchangeable. Embossing devices can be added on the feeder. Custom coatings or colors are available through raw material selection.
One Operator Per Machine
Full automation from feeding to stacking. Automatic counting. Automatic alarm with fault display on the touchscreen. The operator handles coil changes and mold changes only. No additional labor required.
