T63 INTRODUCTION
LK-T63 is suitable for efficient production of small to medium-sized wrinkle-wall and smooth-wall aluminum foil containers. The main body adopts a C-frame structure, with an integrated mechanical and electrical design that offers a clean appearance and stable operation. The complete production line consists of a decoiler (950/1450), press (T63), mold lifter arm, safety doors, scrap aspirator, independent floor-standing control cabinet, and a 3-station stacker, forming a fully automatic closed-loop process from uncoiling to finished products.
The electrical control system of the entire line adopts a modular independent design: the press unit is equipped with an independent floor-standing control cabinet featuring a 10-inch touchscreen for intuitive and convenient parameter setting. The stacker has its own independent control cabinet, allowing independent parameter configuration as well as integrated line operation. The PLC program logic is deeply optimized to ensure smooth coordination among all units, significantly improving production efficiency and intelligent control.
