PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
LK-T63 aluminum foil container making machine is designed for environmentally friendly food-safe aluminum foil round pans, specially built for 3-cavity molds and small-medium sized aluminum foil containers. Adopting C-type frame with solid table structure, it has sufficient materials and stable operation, with core host service life exceeding 30 years. Equipped with international famous brand core parts, it combines durability and production safety, suitable for large-scale production of food-grade aluminum foil containers.
This machine realizes fully automatic high-speed production, only 1 worker is needed for the whole process. The working speed is 35-68 strokes per minute, average 50 strokes per minute, with an hourly output of 9000-12000 pieces, helping manufacturers improve delivery efficiency. It has automatic counting, automatic fault alarm with touch screen display, 60 sets of mold parameter storage functions, and hydraulic quick mold change device. One worker can finish mold change in 15 minutes, suitable for both wrinkled and wrinkle-free container molds, greatly reducing downtime.
The machine is equipped with safety door protection device, it will stop automatically when the safety door is opened during production, ensuring operator safety. The lubrication system adopts lithium-based ester, matched with waste suction machine and mold lifting arm, making the production process more standardized. It has passed CE, SGS, ISO9001 and other international certifications, meeting food-grade production requirements. Suitable for 0.025-0.2mm aluminum foil raw materials, compatible with thin and thick materials, the defect rate is as low as 1/1000. It combines environmental protection and practicality, being an ideal equipment for stable mass production of aluminum foil round pan manufacturers.
