LK-T63 Aluminum Foil Packaging Machine for Take-away Food Containers

The LK-T63 is a fully automatic aluminum foil container forming machine built for small to medium size take-away food containers. The main body uses a C-frame structure and is designed specifically for 3-cavity mould operation — suitable for high-volume, low-margin products like take-away containers.

The complete press line includes: decoiler (950/1450), T63 press, mould lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet, and a 3-way stacker. The entire line runs fully automatically.

The lubrication system uses lithium-based grease for daily continuous operation. During normal production, if the safety door is manually opened, the machine stops automatically to protect the operator.
