Customizable Mold Dimensions

Different markets require different container sizes. The LK-T63 supports customizable mold dimensions. Customers specify the required size based on their target market. Molds are designed and manufactured in house. Customers provide samples or drawings.

Logo Embossing

Container surface logos are applied through embossing. Logo blocks are removable. When customers need to update their brand identity, only the logo blocks need replacement, not the entire mold. The embossing device is installed at the decoiler position and runs synchronously with the production line.

Basic Machine Specifications

The LK-T63 has three cavities with a nominal pressure of 63 tons and a C-frame structure. Working speed ranges from 35 to 68 strokes per minute, averaging 50 strokes. With three cavities, hourly output is approximately 9,000 to 12,000 finished containers. One operator manages the entire line. The machine supports 24/7 continuous operation.
