T63 ALUMINUM FOIL CONTAINER MAKING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
We make our own molds. Seven CNC machines in our shop. Dedicated designers. You send a sample or a drawing, and we build a mold to your exact tray size.
Why does this matter? Many machines on the market come with fixed molds. If you want to change tray sizes, you either buy a new machine or find someone else to make a mold — and hope it fits. We do things differently. The LK-T63 is a solid machine, but what we really offer is a production setup that lets you switch tray sizes without headaches.
Once the mold is ready, it runs on this machine. We design our molds to work with the stacking system — full automatic stacking at high speed. No need for someone to stand there picking trays. Logo? Yes. The logo block is removable. Switching to a different customer logo doesn't require a whole new mold.
Machine specs: 63 tons, C-frame, average 50 strokes per minute, one operator. Main motor is Siemens ABB.
