T63 ALUMINUM FOIL CONTAINER MAKING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The LK-T63 is specifically designed for 3cavity mould production, suitable for high volume continuous production of small to medium sized aluminum foil containers. The press line adopts a C frame structure, and the lubrication system mainly uses lithium grease. The complete automatic press line includes the following components: decoiler, press machine, scrap aspirator, press control cabinet, three cavity stacker, and scrap baler.
Automatic Stacker
The automatic stacker is an essential component for achieving fully automated aluminum foil container production. Aluminum foil containers are widely used in disposable food packaging. Manual collection of each product may cause secondary contamination, compromising food safety. Additionally, containers are prone to deformation during manual counting and packing, affecting product appearance. The automatic stacker can be customized cavity according to different product shapes. Adjustment is simple and quick when switching between different moulds. It significantly reduces labor intensity and labor costs, while improving production efficiency and product profitability.
