The LK-T63 is a C-frame production line built for small to medium aluminum foil tray manufacturing. It uses a Siemens main motor, which we've found makes a real difference in high-speed stamping consistency. At an average of 50 strokes per minute, this machine runs smoothly for full shifts.

The setup is straightforward: decoiler, press, stacker, and one operator. When something goes wrong, the touchscreen shows the exact fault location—no guessing. Tool change? The table comes with a hydraulic lifting arm. One person finishes the job in about 15 minutes.

About the machine life: the main press structure is designed for over 30 years. That's not a slogan. We use a solid bed plate instead of hollow welded construction. Heavier table, less vibration. For factories running two or three shifts, long-term stability is what saves you money.
