MOLD INTRODUCTION

According to customer sample requirements, we can customize ordinary wrinkle wall or smooth wall molds. Edge rolling styles include full edge rolling, folded edge rolling, reverse edge rolling, and more.

Based on the customer's production volume requirements, we can manufacture molds with different numbers of cavities — ranging from single-cavity to multi-cavity — all fully customizable.

We have 7 sets of high-precision CNC lathes for machining mold components. Our processing technology includes CNC machining centers and slow wire cutting. Core components are made of high-strength alloy die steel and undergo vacuum heat treatment, resulting in high hardness, good toughness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and a long service life.
