This smooth wall aluminum foil container mold produces containers with flat, even walls — the type used for branded food packaging and airline catering, where the container is part of how the product looks on the tray or shelf. The mold is customized from your sample or drawing: send us the container, and we design, machine and assemble the mold in our own workshop.
Airline and catering containers usually need more than a plain shape. The logo insert in the mold is removable, so you can configure an airline or brand mark; a printing unit can be added on request, an embossing device can be fitted on the decoiler, and coated foil lets you produce containers in your own color with a food-safe coating. For buyers running several container sizes, the press stores parameters for up to 60 mold sets, which shortens changeover between products.
