MOLD INTRODUCTION

Smooth wall special shape molds produce aluminum foil containers with a clean, flat surface. They can be customized for square, rectangular, oval, scalloped, and other non-standard shapes, suitable for takeaway, baking, airline catering, and other applications.

We design and manufacture complete molds from start to finish based on customer samples. Edge rolling styles include full edge, folded edge, reverse edge, and more. Depending on production volume requirements, we can produce molds with different cavity counts — from single-cavity to multi-cavity — all fully customizable.

The mold design optimizes cutting structure and chip evacuation, resulting in fewer aluminum shavings during processing. This prevents shavings from sticking to the mold and affecting forming quality. The low reject rate also improves material utilization and reduces production waste.

We provide mold customization for various press brands. For customers with existing production lines, we can adapt molds to fit current machine models and specifications.
