Yes. The LK-T130 is built with a robust "H" frame structure and high-quality components (Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens/ABB main motors, Schneider low-voltage components). It is designed to operate 24 hours a day. However, we recommend following the standard maintenance schedule (regular cleaning and lubrication) to ensure its long service life of up to 10 years.

What is the packaging and shipping method for the T130?

The T130 is packed in wooden box packing to ensure safety during long-distance sea transport. Due to its size and weight (17,000 KG), it must be shipped in a 40 HQ container. Usually, one 40 HQ container can hold the press line along with 4 sets of molds.

Can the T130 produce coated or embossed containers?

Yes. The machine can process coated raw materials to produce coated containers (the coating is food-safe and colors can be customized). For embossing, we can install an embossing device on the feeding machine. We can also install a printing device if you need printed containers.
