The LK-T130 is not just a single press machine – it is a complete aluminum foil container production line engineered for seamless, high-efficiency manufacturing. The full system integrates five core components: the decoiler for material unwinding, the 130T press machine with servo feeding for precision stamping, the stacker for automatic container stacking, the scrap baler for waste compression, and the scrap aspirator for clean waste collection. This turnkey solution eliminates the need for multiple separate suppliers, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent product quality, and maximized production efficiency for large-scale aluminum foil container manufacturers. With a working speed of 35-70 strokes per minute and a servo-controlled dual-roll feeding mechanism, this production line delivers superior output with minimal material waste.

What does the complete production line include? Do I need to purchase components separately?
The complete LK-T130 production line includes five integrated components: the decoiler (for material unwinding), the 130T press machine (for stamping/forming), the stacker (for automatic container collection), the scrap aspirator (for waste collection), and the scrap baler (for waste compression). No need for separate procurement – we supply the entire line as a turnkey solution, ensuring perfect compatibility and single-point after-sales support.

Do you only sell machines?
No. We also supply consumables and packaging materials including aluminum foil coils, stamping oil, tape, and cartons for finished products. Everything you need to start production from one supplier.

How does the stacker work? Can it handle different container sizes?
The stacker automatically collects finished containers as they exit the press, stacking them neatly for easy packaging. The stacking parameters can be adjusted via the PLC touchscreen to accommodate different container sizes and stacking heights. For significant size changes, simple mechanical adjustments are all that's needed – no complex reconfiguration required.

Do you make molds?
We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.
