63 Ton Multi-Cavity High Speed Punching

The LK-T63 delivers 63 tons of pressing capacitywith a standard three-cavity mold configuration. Multi-cavity design means each stroke produces multiple containers, directly increasing output per hour. Working speed ranges from 35 to 68 strokes per minute, averaging 50 strokes/min. At this speed, hourly output reaches 9,000 to 12,000 aluminum foil food containers.

Factory Customized Molds

Molds are customized to buyer requirements. Send a sample container or provide a drawing. The factory produces molds in-house using 7 CNC machines. Both wrinkled and wrinkle-free container molds are available. Logo blocks are interchangeable, allowing different logos without changing the entire mold. Embossing devices can be added on the feeder.

We have a 2,500-square-meter factory with in-house CNC machines and our own technical team, handling everything from mold making to equipment assembly under one roof.
