1. Designed for Half-Size Pans: Purpose-built for producing half-size aluminum foil pans and other large-format food containers. The machine provides the forming capacity and working space needed for larger pan molds, making it suitable for catering, bakery, ready-meal and food-service packaging applications.
   
2. H-Frame Heavy-Duty Structure: The H-frame structure supports the stamping load from both sides of the worktable, providing stable support for large molds and high-tonnage forming.
   
3. Automatic Production Line: Foil feeding, stamping, counting and stacking are integrated into one line, allowing one operator to monitor the production process during normal operation.
   
4. 60-Set Mold Memory: The control system stores parameters for up to 60 molds. Saved programs can be recalled from the touchscreen after mold changes, helping reduce manual setup work.
5. Custom Multi-Cavity Molds: We build half-size pan molds according to your sample or drawing, with cavity count, pan depth and rim design matched to your required product and output.
