The T63 is a fully automatic forming line for aluminum foil containers, covering decoiling, stamping, stacking and scrap removal in one continuous process. Built with a C‑frame main structure and lithium‑based ester lubrication, it delivers stable high‑speed output up to 12,000 pieces per hour. The system stores 60 mold parameter sets for quick recall, features a touchscreen for real‑time monitoring and fault diagnosis, and is equipped with interlocked safety doors that stop operation immediately when opened — ensuring both productivity and operator safety.

One T63 machine supports multiple container types by simply changing molds. We design and manufacture custom molds according to customer samples, with cavity counts ranging from single‑cavity to multi‑cavity based on your production volume and container size. Both wrinkle wall and smooth wall styles are available, as well as various edge rolling options including full edge, folded edge, and reverse edge. This flexibility allows you to switch between different products on the same line, maximizing equipment utilization and reducing the need for multiple machines.
