MACHINE INTRODUCTION

About Equipment

The LK-T63 is a three cavity aluminum foil container forming machine with 63 ton press capacity and C frame structure. Working speed ranges from 35 to 68 strokes per minute, averaging 50 strokes. Hourly output is 9,000 to 12,000 containers. One operator manages the entire line. The machine supports 24/7 continuous operation. Hydraulic mold change requires no wrenches and takes 15 minutes. Safety door stops the machine automatically when opened.

About Mold

Molds can be customized according to customer's press brand and model. No need to replace existing equipment. Molds are made with high quality steel with high temperature heat treatment on core areas. Supports 1 to 4 cavities, multiple rim types (G rim, L rim, IVC), and multiple shapes (square, rectangular, circular, oval, special). Removable logo blocks allow future logo changes without a new mold. Scientific design keeps scrap rate under control.

Product Advantage

The LK-T63 model is specially engineered for 3‑cavity mould production, making it ideal for manufacturing small and medium‑sized aluminium foil containers. It features a robust C‑frame main structure, and its oil lubrication system primarily uses lithium‑based grease for stable and reliable operation.

This fully automatic production line consists of the following core components:

950/1450 Decoiler + T63 Press + Mould Lifter Arm + Safety Guard Door + Scrap Suction System + Control Cabinet + 3‑Way Stacker.

For operator safety, the machine is fitted with interlocking safety doors. During normal production, the equipment will automatically shut down if the safety door is manually opened, ensuring maximum workplace safety.
