Customized Mold Capability
Molds are designed and produced in-house using 7 CNC machines. Buyers can send existing samples or drawings. The factory produces molds for both wrinkled and wrinkle-free containers. Logo blocks are interchangeable. Custom embossing and coating options are available.
Machine Configuration – LK-T63
The LK-T63 is designed for three-cavity molds, suitable for small to medium aluminum foil containers. Complete line includes: 950/1450 type feeder, T63 press, mold lifting arm, safety door, scrap suction unit, control cabinet, three-cavity stacker.
One Operator Per Machine
Full automation from feeding to stacking. Automatic counting. Automatic alarm with fault display on touchscreen. One operator handles coil changes and mold changes only.
