MOLD INTRODUCTION

This mould is designed for producing full-size deep steam table pan aluminum foil trays, featuring a wrinkle wall structure that ensures strength and aesthetics. We provide complete mould services from design to production, offering custom solutions for standard food container moulds and high-end wrinkle-free moulds based on customer samples.

The mould achieves a hardness of HRC 58–60, delivering high wear resistance and extended service life, with a basic forming lifespan of 30 million strokes. It is compatible with various punching machines and supports the integration of embossing and printing devices on the feeding system to meet diverse production requirements.

The equipment is equipped with a mould lifting device and a worktable lifting arm, allowing for quick mould changes—one worker can complete the process in 15 minutes. The logo block is detachable, making it easy to switch between different branding marks. For coated trays, pre-coated raw materials can be used; the coating is food-safe, and custom colors are available.
