PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The LKSR-450 is a semi-automatic, 2-shaft foil roll rewinding machine designed to convert jumbo rolls of aluminum foil and baking paper into retail-ready household rolls. Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system and automatic cutting, it produces finished rolls in a range of widths and diameters with standard paper core sizes. With a maximum rewinding speed of 450 m/min, the machine combines high-speed performance with a compact footprint of just over one square meter and an installed power of only 3 kW. One operator can manage routine operation, gluing, and core replacement. An optional automatic gluing system is available, while the 6-shaft fully automatic LKWD-450 provides a scalable upgrade as production demands grow.

Precise Tension Control
Different materials demand precise tension control. Powered by a Mitsubishi PLC, the machine enables accurate tension adjustments for each material type, minimizing foil breakage and protecting delicate baking paper during high-speed rewinding at speeds of up to 450 m/min.
Flexible Finished Product Range
Produces finished rolls in widths ranging from 100 mm to 500 mm and outer diameters from 45 mm to 130 mm, accommodating a wide range of applications, from standard household kitchen rolls to larger catering formats.

What materials can it rewind?
It handles both aluminum foil and baking paper — one machine covers two product lines. Cling film is not in its rewind range; buyers who need cling film production can look at our dedicated cling film models.

Can this machine rewind cling film, or is it strictly for aluminum foil and baking paper?
This 2-shaft semi-automatic model is specifically calibrated for aluminum foil (0.009–0.03mm) and baking/silicone paper. If you need to rewind cling film (PE/PVC), we recommend our 6-shaft fully automatic rewinder (LKWD-450) or the dedicated high-yield cling film rewinder (LK-CF02).

How fast is it and how is it built?
2-shaft structure with a maximum working speed of 450m/min — the same speed class as our fully automatic model. Foil cutting is done automatically during operation; manual labor is only involved in gluing and core replacement.

Can the manual gluing mechanism be upgraded to automatic gluing later?
Yes. While manual gluing is standard to minimize initial machine costs, an automatic gluing mechanism can be customized and integrated based on your workshop's expansion and automation requirements.

Semi-automatic or fully automatic — how do I choose?
The semi-automatic is a 2-shaft machine with manual gluing and core change — lower investment, ideal for starting out and for small batches of multiple roll sizes. The fully automatic is a 6-shaft machine with automatic gluing, automatic stop-alarm functions and the ability to rewind cling film — built for scaled production. Starting with the semi-automatic does not lock you in: as output grows, you can move up to the fully automatic model from the same factory.
