Step 1 — Operator takes a paper core. Step 2 — Applies a thin line of adhesive along the core surface at the gluing station. Step 3 — Places the glued core onto the idle shaft. Step 4 — Presses start. The machine takes over from there. The whole process takes about 10-15 seconds per core.
