Do you make molds?
We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.

I need a specific edge design for my patented lid. Can you do that?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom edge profiles. Provide us with the lid specifications or a sample of the lid, and we will machine the mold cavity to ensure a perfect, leak-proof seal with your lid.

How many cavities can you fit into an 80-ton press?
It depends on the container size and drawing depth. For standard 450ml containers, we typically configure 4 cavities. For larger or deeper containers (like roast pans), we might recommend 2 or 3 cavities to stay within the press's tonnage limits.

Can you customize the mold to fit my old press machine?
Yes. We routinely customize mold bases for various press brands and ages. Provide us with your press model, bed size, and shut height, and we will engineer the mold to fit correctly.
