Do you make molds?

We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.

Can this mold produce pans with a lid?

Yes. We design the rim curl to specific tolerances. If you plan to use foil lids or plastic lids, inform us during the design phase so we can match the curl profile to your lid specifications.

How do you handle the higher friction in wrinkle wall forming?

Wrinkle forming generates more friction than smooth wall. We address this by optimizing the clearance between the punch and die, and applying a specialized surface treatment to critical wear parts. This reduces material flow resistance and prevents premature wear.
