We complete the entire set of mold production from design to manufacturing. We can customize ordinary container molds and high-end wrinkle-free container molds according to customer samples.

Can this mold fit my existing press machine?
Yes. We customize the mold base, shut height, and punch shank dimensions to match your specific press specifications. Please provide your press model details before ordering.

Do you provide support if the mold needs servicing abroad?
Yes. We offer lifetime technical support. For wear-and-tear parts, we recommend keeping a spare set in your factory. We ship parts globally with a fast turnaround time.

Can I add my company logo to the container?
Yes. The mold includes a removable logo insert. You can change the logo by swapping out the insert block without disassembling the entire mold.

What is the scrap rate when producing wrinkle wall containers?
Scrap rate depends on the container size and layout. For a standard 450ml 4-cavity mold, the scrap rate is around 14.5%. We optimize the nesting layout to help reduce raw material costs.
