MOLD INTRODUCTION
This automatic high-speed standard (wrinkled wall) aluminum foil container mold is designed for high-volume production of lunch boxes, takeaway trays, and food packaging containers. Built from hardened tool steel and machined in-house on our 7 CNC centers, 6 mills, and high-precision grinder, it ensures consistent cavity accuracy, stable blanking, and reliable stamping performance at 35–70 strokes per minute.
Customization is fully supported from your sample or drawing, including cavity layout, embossing, and curl type (full curl, vertical hem, reverse curl). With zero outsourced critical machining, we maintain strict quality control over every production run, delivering molds that meet the demands of global foil container manufacturers.
