Fully Automatic Aluminum Foil Container Machine 63Ton 

LK-T63 is economic type, which is suitable for new project investment launch.  The standard capacity is 1~5 cavities. Working Speed 30~75 strokes/min. This type can make all size samples in current market. One production line only one person can achieve automatic production. The main body of T63 machine is a "C"-frame 63 press. Both in easy mould replacement and surface production, the bedplate of forming machine equipped two movable plate. The press configured with a servo motor, to make sure the high precision control of feeding step and speed. The press fits various kinds of moulds for wrinkle- wall, smooth-wall, pet, airline and folded containers production.

1). Aluminum Foil Container Machine adopt a lot of imported brand electronic components, like Mitsubishi PLC and sevo motor to make sure the machine work accurate and steady.

2).There is an auto-lubricator on the feeder, which can lubricate aluminium foil automatically.The foil feeder provides the supply of right quantity and length of aluminium foil, and it is controlled by servo system in SEIMENS, which assure a high-precision step.
