PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Semi-Automatic Model (2-Shaft)
A 2-shaft configuration designed for aluminum foil and baking paper. Material feeding and core loading are manual; gluing is performed manually. Suitable for low-volume production or material testing.
Fully Automatic Model (6-Shaft)
A 6-shaft turret system engineered for aluminum foil, baking paper, and cling film. Integrated with an automatic gluing unit for adhesive application. The control system monitors label supply, film integrity, and paper core availability, triggering an automatic stop-alarm function in case of short label placement, film breakage, or core shortage.
