This machine is specifically designed for aluminum foil honeycomb paper production. The composite material of aluminum foil and paper is folded into a honeycomb pattern, offering high temperature resistance, oil resistance, and non-stick properties. It is widely used for baking liners, BBQ mats, and food packaging.

The fully automatic production process includes material feeding, foil-paper compounding, honeycomb folding, forming and counting, fixed-length cutting, and output for packing. The machine adopts V-shaped honeycomb folding for consistent and stable results.

Machine width is customizable. Various embossing patterns are supported. Automatic counting and inline output make packing easier. Built with durable materials, the machine is suitable for long continuous operation.

Simple operation – one operator per machine. Original factory with 15 years of experience, 2,500 sqm workshop, and 7 high-precision CNC lathes. Factory visit welcome.
