With advanced programmable controller CPU216, produced by German Siemens Company as the control system, the machine realizes full automation in the operation with whole pipe installing, material receiving, sizing, rolling and cutting. The aluminium foil gauge length device is computer controlled, and the aluminium foil running line velocity control device is stepless speed regulated. The rotation of the drums is driven by imported inverters and servo motors. Therefore the machine can automatically control aluminium foil feeding. It is currently the most advanced aluminium foil rewinding device in China, well known for its high degree of automation, less failure, safety and steadiness, high efficiency and easy operation.
